Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between PGriffin Consulting Ltd (PGCL) which also operates under the Interview Mentor brand (“the Company”) and you (“the Client”), whether you are an individual or a business. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides training consultancy services, including but not limited to workshops, seminars, and one-on-one training sessions. Specific services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate information and necessary materials to facilitate training.
•Ensure availability for scheduled sessions.
• Actively participate in the training process.

 

4. Fees and Payment Terms
•Fees for services will be detailed in the service agreement.
•Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed, or before the date of service provision.
•Late payments may incur an interest charge or the cancellation of service.

 

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private. Confidential information includes any data or information disclosed during the course of the training. This obligation does not extend to information that is public knowledge or required by law to be disclosed.  A seperate confidentiality agreement can be agreed by the parties where required.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during training sessions remain the intellectual property of the Company. Clients may not reproduce or distribute these materials without prior written consent.

 

7. Liability Limitations

The Company’s liability for any claims arising out of these terms or the provision of services is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice of 7 days. In the event of termination, the Client will be liable for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to mediation before pursuing any legal action.

 

10. Amendments

These terms may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.

 

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform their obligations under these terms if such failure is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or governmental action.

 

12. Miscellaneous
•These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements.
•If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
•The Company may assign these terms without notice.

14. Governing Law
