I am often asked how I can support both candidates and recruiters, as this can seem contradictory. By providing training and mentoring services for both sides of the interview table, I create environments where candidates feel relaxed, can open up, and perform at their best. Meanwhile, interviewers gain a clearer understanding of how candidates would fit into their organisations and whether they possess the required skills and experience to succeed.
